ISO 340 describes that conveyor belts must be self extinguishing within 15 seconds after removal of the igniting flame source.

In order to achieve ISO 340 compliance, YONGLI develops PVC and TPU conveyor belts with special flame retardant top cover coatings, commonly used in industries such as logistics and building materials.

Some of these types are standard stock items, others are produced on request. Flame retardant belts can be recognized by the "Z" added in the belt code.
