YONGLI monolithic belts are made of thermoplastic Polyurethane and Polyester from globally renowned suppliers and offer exceptional chemical resistance. Monolithic belts do not have any fabric intermediate layers and are therefore completely closed from all sides of the belt. This prevents any liquid to penetrate into the belt, or fabric to fray out of the belt. Making it a very hygienic solution especially suitable for the food industry.
The use of high strength thermoplastics ensure exceptional belt strength even without the use of fabrics. In situations where the belt load or conveying distance is relatively high, YONGLI monolithic belts can be produced with aramid cords hidden inside the belt's core.
The HygienePro range consists of both friction drive and positive drive belts made of thermoplastic Polyurethane and Polyester from globally renowned suppliers, and meet the EU, FDA and Japanese foodgrade regulations.
YONGLI positive drive belt is driven by sprockets that engage with a toothed structure underneath the belt. The belt doesn’t require tension to operate smoothly without jumping or slippage. This ensures a longer lifetime of the belt and many conveyor parts.
The hygienic design reduces the risk of product contamination. At the same time it allows effective cleaning in less time, using less water, and less cleaning agent.
The unparalleled smoothness of the top cover also allows the effective use of scrapers.
There are multiple types of bottom structures available, each offering their own advantages, and each with its own set of matching sprockets.
One of the widest product ranges available on the market today, is divided into three sub series: HygienePro Max, Plus and Lite
