Forming belt

In the production of gypsum plasterboards, the gypsum forming line is crucial to the overall process. At the start of this process, liquid gypsum is sprayed onto paper that is rolled out on the forming belt. As the belt moves forward slowly, the gypsum has time to dry. Any imperfection on the belt will result in a flaw in the plasterboard, which must be avoided at all costs.
