Para un flujo de producto óptimo y limpio, el transportador puede equiparse con láminas y cintas de fibra de vidrio recubiertas de PTFE (politetrafluoroetileno) de YONGLI.

El material básico es una lámina de fibra de vidrio recubierta de PTFE y una capa autoadhesiva de una cara.

YONGLI PTFE está disponible en diferentes longitudes, espesores, anchos y en diferentes colores (marrón, negro, azul).

Debido al bajo coeficiente de fricción único, el material es adecuado para su uso con productos vulnerables, como manzanas, peras, pimentones, etc.

• Commonly used in heat sealing machines for products wrapped in plastic;
• Silicone or acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives are available;

• Acrylic adhesives offer higher initial tack and enhanced solvent resistance, with a temperature range of -40°C to 175°C.

PTFE Conveyor covering material

For an optimal and clean product flow, the conveyor can be fitted with YONGLI PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coated glass fibre foils and tapes. The basic material is a glass fibre foil coated with PTFE and a one-sided self-adhesive layer.

Thanks to the unique low coefficient of friction, the material is suitable for use with vulnerable products, such as apples, pears, peppers, etc.
