Für einen optimalen und sauberen Produktfluss kann der Förderer mit YONGLI PTFE (Polytetrafluorethylen) beschichteten Glasfaserfolien und -bändern ausgestattet werden.

Das Grundmaterial ist ein mit PTFE Folie beschichtetes Glasfasergewebe mit einer einseitigen Selbstklebeschicht.

YONGLI PTFE ist in verschiedenen Längen, Dicken, Breiten und in verschiedenen Farben (braun, schwarz, blau) erhältlich.

Aufgrund des einzigartig niedrigen Reibungskoeffizienten eignet sich das Material für den Einsatz bei empfindlichen Produkten wie Äpfeln, Birnen, Paprika usw.

YONGLI PTFE is available in different lengths, thicknesses, widths and in different colours (brown, black, blue) and are Self adhesive (sticky-backed).

• Commonly used in heat sealing machines for products wrapped in plastic;
• Silicone or acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives are available;
• Silicone adhesives have a continuous operating temperature range of -70°C to 260°C;
• Acrylic adhesives offer higher initial tack and enhanced solvent resistance, with a temperature range of -40°C to 175°C.

PTFE Conveyor covering material

For an optimal and clean product flow, the conveyor can be fitted with YONGLI PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coated glass fibre foils and tapes. The basic material is a glass fibre foil coated with PTFE and a one-sided self-adhesive layer.

Thanks to the unique low coefficient of friction, the material is suitable for use with vulnerable products, such as apples, pears, peppers, etc.
