In 1989, Mr. Pei Hao Shi founded YONGLI Plastic-Rubber Industry & Commerce Co., Ltd. in Shanghai China. As China industrialized, the demand for conveyor belts quickly emerged, with YONGLI at the forefront of this development.

Over time, the increasing demand for conveyor belts allowed YONGLI to put more emphasis on expanding its production capacity and product range. This also opened doors to start exporting belt materials globally.
