ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Increase business and account base from selective industry.
2. Collaborate with management team and the respective teams to develop sales account plans for strategic industries.
3. Develop and sustain solid relationships with strategic customers
4. Address and resolve strategic customer complaints
5. Compile reports on industry development progress, goals, and forecasts for management and key stakeholders
6. Develop a thorough understanding of strategic customers' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions
7. Assist the Industry Manager with closing business and driving revenue
8. Develop trusted relationships with prospective customers and elevate within the company to senior management to drive desired outcomes
9. Report on sales metrics and accurate forecasting directly to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years Technical or product sales experience in machinery industry or conveyor belting industry
• Experience in textile printing, logistic automation, food machinery, general automation is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
• Fluent in English
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalents);
• This position will require home based and domestic travel upon demand.
