ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Increase business and account base from textile printing industry.
2. Conveyor belting or textile printing machine sales marketing experience is highly preferred
3. Collaborate with management team and the respective teams to develop sales account plans for strategic industries.
4. Develop and sustain solid relationships with strategic customers
5. Address and resolve strategic customer complaints
6. Act as the main point of contact between textile printing industry and internal teams
7. Communicate and collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams to ensure that strategic customers' needs are met
8. Compile reports on industry development progress, goals, and forecasts for management and key stakeholders
9. Develop a thorough understanding of strategic customers' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions
10. Negotiate contracts with strategic customers and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each customer's long-term goals
11. Assist the Sales Team with closing business and driving revenue
12. Develop trusted relationships with prospective customers and elevate within the company to senior management to drive desired outcomes
13. Report on sales metrics and accurate forecasting directly to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably a Degree (Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years Technical or product sales experience in textile printing industry; 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
• Fluent in Bengali, Chinese or English will be a plus
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalents); CRM system,
