ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Increase business and account base from Food machinery industry.
2. Experience in meat, poultry, sea food segment is highly preferred
3. Conveyor belting industry experience is preferred.
4. Collaborate with management team and the respective teams to develop sales account plans for strategic industries.
5. Develop and sustain solid relationships with strategic customers
6. Address and resolve strategic customer complaints
7. Act as the main point of contact between Food machinery industry and internal teams
8. Communicate and collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams to ensure that strategic customers' needs are met
9. Compile reports on industry development progress, goals, and forecasts for management and key stakeholders
10. Develop a thorough understanding of strategic customers' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions
11. Negotiate contracts with strategic customers and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each customer's long-term goals
12. Assist the Sales Team with closing business and driving revenue
13. Develop trusted relationships with prospective customers and elevate within the company to senior management to drive desired outcomes
14. Report on sales metrics and accurate forecasting directly to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years Technical or product sales experience in food machinery industry; 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
• Fluent in Thai and English
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalents); 
• This position will require home based and domestic travel upon demand.
